This has been my first full day back at SCAD

Yesterday afternoon I moved back in and as much as I was kind of dreading it, I’m happy to be back. It’s nice to not have to sit in my room all day and just reminisce on life… and how things aren’t exactly how I want them to be right now

Today has been a good day. I slept in and then went out to lunch with Eliza and Katherine at Sakura. Then we walked around Broughton for awhile and just talked and had a good time. I then went to my color theory class with Kaylee which was good. All we did was introduce ourselves and talk about what we are going to be doing this quarter. In an effort to “be myself” like I made a New Years resolution to do I talked about how over break I went to go see Miley Cyrus in concert. Because that is what I did! that is the most exciting thing I did over break and even though I was the oldest person there I had a lot of fun.

Then Kaylee and I went to York Hall to do some stuff and then to Starbucks and then to ExLibris to buy some art stuff and now I’m here back at the dorm. Oh, and I ate at scafe for the first time this quarter… yumm… :-/

I only ate an apple from there and came back to the room and ate the rest of my sakura… scafe is not my best friend

I’m excited for tomorrow! I’m going with Shirley and Katherine to visit my high school :-) it’s going to be weird… I’m really going to take everything in when I’m there, all the places we used to spend a lot of time in and what happened in all those places…

and then I think I’m hanging out with Sarah and Jennifer tomorrow night

and then Wednesday I think I’m seeing Adell

and then on Thursday I’m going to see Ben Kweller with Katherine!

AND THEN! lol, on friday morning I’m going to the Disney World spring break program interest meeting. Basically during SCAD’s spring break a group of students are going down to Disney World to learn from imagineers and learn about Disney and the theme park and all this stuff which is basically a dream come true for me! please please let that work out… it could be my chance to meet some new friends at scad

I don’t know what I’m going to do when all my high school friends go back to college… :-( I will miss them! but hopefully I can meet some new friends at scad, and maybe I can start to be happy here…

I must go to bed now because I have an 8 am class tomorrow, blahhhh, hopefully it won’t be too bad and I have a lot to look forward to tomorrow afternoon and night :-)
